What happens after I contact you for a quote?

Answer: 

We will reach out to you to discuss what your business needs. Once we find what plan works best for you we will send you a subscription quote. After you accept your subscription quote we can begin the onboarding process. 

 

 

What if I have work that falls outside my original plan?

Answer: 

We will assess your request and figure out if this is something recurring that will be added to your subscription or if it is a one-time event. If we find that this is just a one-time request you will be sent an invoice for the project.

 

Can I cancel at any time?

Answer:

Yes, you can cancel at any time head over to the help page to file a cancelation request.

 

 

What do I do if I need something changed?

Answer:

It is your subscription anything that you need to be changed that falls within your original plan just let us know. You can submit a Service Request through the help page.
